August 16th marked the end of my wonderful 20+ year journey with Riemer Reporting Service as their Vice President of Business Development. It has been exciting, challenging, and most of all great fun!
I am extremely excited for the next chapter in my life. A time to pause, reflect, heal and discover the world with inspiring and timely experiences.
On Monday I went into the office and returned my calendar and laptop. Can I tell you how freeing that was! No more constant emails and checking off items on the never ending "To-Do" list. (though I do miss my peeps!) It is Wednesday, and I have just now decided to open my laptop - but I have to challenge myself to not create more "To-Do" lists, because that is where my comfort level lies. Instead to take the time to rest, reflect, read and start this new journey refreshed. It is that pause between notes that I am relishing right now. To gain wisdom we must look at the spaces between events. Only then does a meaningful, complete picture emerge.
