I am in the midst of my A Fresh Chapter journey in Peru and I wanted to share a few pictures. I am so glad to share this adventure with a great tribe of cancer survivors (thrivers.) The program has created a safe, warm, compassionate space to share this healing journey.
Our smaller group working in the hospital is both caring and strong. It is heartbreaking to see the young children and their families dealing with cancer. Us goofy Americans come in to brighten their day and it in turn is so heartwarming to see the kids‘ faces light up when we arrive.
And I couldn’t leave out photos of beautiful Lima!
We are heading to Machu Picchu tomorrow! More pictures upon my return!
